Simple Terms and Conditions
Initial design - Your page will be published as a sub-domain for you approval. Once you approve the design, and payment is recieved, all pages, related materials and files will be made available for download, in case your are using your own hosting. If we are hosting, all pages, related materials and files will be published with your domain.
Hosting - The cost of web development and hosting is for the first year only, includes maintenance. Additional years of hosting and maintenance can be purchaced at least 30 days prior your annaversary date to insure continuaty. If you decide not to or fail to pay to renew hosting, your page will be suspended on the annaversary date and domain will be cancelled. You can renew up to 30 days past your annaversary. 30-90 days past anaversary date can be renewed for $200, ($100 for annual hosting/maintenance, $100 for reclaiming domain). After 90 days, all files will be deleted. Recovery and renewal fees are subject to changes.
** Annual maintenance includes up to 12 monthly updates to your pages, Not required for non-hosted accounts, and maintenance is no longer wanted or required.
Once you are satisfied and approve the final initial design of your site, and payment has been received, you will be given administrative access (backend) of your site. Fees do include maintence, at your descretion, you will be able to add pages, delete pages, make chages. and create and download back ups, with adminastrative access.
Fees are non-refundable.
